She is a co-founder of the Culture of Dialogue Foundation. For over 20 years, she has been supporting people, teams and organisations in understanding themselves, working better together and taking shared responsibility.
She designs and facilitates development processes, leads conversations about values, ways of working and organisational change, and helps organisations develop practical frameworks together, including codes of ethics, principles for collaboration and communication standards.
Would you like to work with Marta?
Marta designs development processes around the real context of each organisation – its history, structure, resources, constraints and current challenges. Rather than starting with a ready-made programme, she begins by understanding what is actually happening: what is being said openly, what remains unspoken, where tensions arise and what the people involved need in order to engage meaningfully in the process.
Depending on the organisation’s needs, the process may include an initial assessment, individual conversations, workshops, facilitated meetings, work with leadership teams, document review, supervision or implementation support.
For Marta, a development process should lead to more than inspiration. It should bring greater clarity, better decisions and concrete agreements. That is why she pays close attention both to the quality of the conversations and to how their outcomes translate into the organisation’s day-to-day practice.
Marta works with institutions, organisations and teams that want to strengthen collaboration, bring greater clarity to important issues, build shared responsibility and develop a more intentional organisational culture.
Working with Marta can be particularly useful when an organisation:
Marta works with care, in partnership and with a strong focus on the process. She does not offer ready-made answers or quick fixes. Instead, she creates the conditions for conversations that make room for different perspectives, help name what is difficult and lead to solutions that can actually work in a specific organisational context.
She places particular importance on facilitating group processes in a thoughtful and responsible way. Conflict, resistance, tension and uncertainty are not treated as obstacles to be removed as quickly as possible, but as natural and often important parts of change.
She makes sure that participants can speak from their own experience, listen to one another and gradually build a shared understanding of the situation. At the same time, she keeps sight of the purpose of the process, its boundaries and the responsibility for achieving meaningful outcomes.
She sees development as a qualitative process. Sometimes it means taking action, sometimes pausing, sometimes reflecting, and sometimes changing the way we think about ourselves, other people and the way we work together.
Marta is a trainer and coach with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, teams and institutions.
Her background in philosophy and bioethics allows her to place the issues she works with in a broader social and ethical context. This helps her combine practical developmental support with careful attention to responsibility, influence, relationships and the consequences of decisions.
Her many years of training and coaching practice have given her a strong understanding of the different needs, constraints and potential of individuals and teams. Her experience of managing and leading teams also helps her understand the perspective of people in leadership roles, a perspective that is often more complex than public narratives suggest.
In her work with institutions, she draws on extensive experience in designing development processes, facilitating multi-party conversations, working with conflict, resistance and responsibility, and helping organisations create solutions that are firmly grounded in their real context.
